Space Ready for How Your Business Works.
Start with a clear scope and a written price for your property.
What SNV Handles
The work covered by this service.
Tenant improvements and space updates focused on finishes and function. Send your plans or RFP, or tell us how you’ll use the space and when you need it.
- Finish-oriented tenant improvement (TI) packages
- Suite and space updates
- Break rooms, offices, and common areas
- Coordinated improvements within a verified scope
Scope we propose
We focus on finish-oriented buildouts and space updates. Where a project needs design, permits, or specialist trades, we say so in the scope review and confirm responsibility before proposing.
Plan review or space walkthrough
Start with the property and the work it needs.
If you have plans, we review them. If the plans don’t yet describe the work, we walk the space with you and discuss intended use, finishes, and landlord requirements.
Helpful to have ready
- Plans or drawings, if you have them
- Landlord authorization and building rules
- Your target opening or move-in date
