This page explains what SNV Contracting Group Inc.(“SNV”) does with information you submit through snv-contracting.com.

What we collect

When you send an inspection, walkthrough, or proposal request, we collect what you enter: your name, phone and/or email, the property address or city, details about the work, timing preferences, and any files or links you choose to share. We also record which page the request came from and campaign tags in the link you used (for example, utm parameters), so we know which of our pages and campaigns are useful.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, arrange a visit, and prepare a proposal. Your request is stored in our database and sent by email to the SNV team handling it. Uploaded files are stored privately and are only accessible to our team through expiring links.

We don’t sell your information or share it with other companies for their marketing.

Cookies and browser storage

The public site doesn’t use advertising cookies. It keeps the page you first landed on and any campaign tags in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab, so a request can be credited to the right page.
