Roof Work Planned Around Your Building.

Start with a clear scope and a written price for your property.

What SNV Handles

The work covered by this service.

Tell us what the roof needs, the deadline you’re working toward, and whether you have an RFP. We review the roof’s condition and propose a defined scope.

  • Commercial roof repairs
  • Roof replacement
  • Roof condition review and project planning
  • Proposals for existing RFPs and bid packages

A Recent Example

Walkthrough or scope review

Start with the property and the work it needs.

If you already have a scope or RFP, we review it first and tell you whether a roof visit is needed. Otherwise we walk the roof with you or your site contact and document the conditions that drive the scope.

Helpful to have ready

  • Roof access details and any site contact
  • Known leak locations or prior repair history
  • Your deadline and any tenant or operating constraints

Who Does What

Clear responsibilities before work begins.

SNV

  • Review your scope or walk the roof
  • Propose a defined scope with inclusions and exclusions
  • Coordinate work with the property’s operations
  • Keep one point of contact on communication

You

  • Provide roof access and a site contact
  • Share existing reports, RFPs, or warranty requirements
  • Coordinate tenant notices where required

What Shapes the Scope and Price

Your property and the work you choose set the price.

Prices are given in the proposal, based on the property and the work you choose. These are the things that move it.

  • Roof area and condition
  • Access and equipment needs
  • Rooftop equipment and penetrations to work around
  • Phasing around tenants or operations
  • Selected roof system

From First Visit to Closeout

Know what happens at each step.

  1. 1

    Request or RFP

Tell us what the property needs and the deadline you’re working toward — or send the RFP and supporting files you already have.

  2. 2

    Scope review

We review the request and tell you whether a walkthrough or additional information is needed. A complete bid package doesn’t require a visit.

  3. 3

    Walkthrough where useful

When a visit helps, we walk the property and confirm access, occupancy, and phasing constraints.

  4. 4

    Proposal within 48 hours

Within 48 hours of the walkthrough — or of receiving a complete scope when no visit is needed — a defined scope with inclusions, exclusions, a lump-sum price, and a schedule built around the property’s operations.

  5. 5

    Delivery and closeout

Our dedicated team delivers the awarded scope with one point of contact for communication.
